Price & Payment

Typically, our fees to prepare and file a Chapter 7 range from $800.00 and up, plus a $299 filing fee, and $69 for pre-filing counseling and pre-discharge education course.

For a Chapter 13, our fee is usually $2,500.00 -  $3,500.00, plus a $274 filing fee, and $100 for pre-filing counseling and pre-discharge education course.

For a Chapter 11 business reorganization, our fee typically ranges from $20,000.00 and up plus expenses.  The fee really depends on the complexity of the matter and, therefore, how much attorney time must be invested in the reorganization.

Payment plans are available if needed.
 
Once you pay the initial retainer, usually half the fee, we encourage you to refer your creditors to our office and we will deal with them instead of you.
