Legal Services Provided

The following three (3) Fair Credit Reporting Act-related legal services are provided by this law firm:

I. Dispute Errors

We help consumers dispute errors in their credit reports;

II. Injunctive Relief

An injunction is a court order prohibiting someone from doing something or commanding someone to do something. In the context of the Fair Credit Reporting Act, it means that a judge will sign an order commanding a credit bureau to permanently delete inaccurate items from your credit report; and

III. Civil Actions for Money Damages

Most Fair Credit Reporting Act lawsuits involve facts where despite one or more disputes, a credit bureau does not permanently delete inaccurate, derogatory items from your credit report. As a result, your credit is unfairly ruined. Ruined credit may result in lost employment opportunities, credit denials, increased cost for credit and insurance, etc.
